After talking to a dear friend, I realized how many of us procrastinate about everything, especially exercise.

 

Yes, it is cold, hot, raining, snowing, etc., outside.
Yes, it is difficult to get started.
Yes, we can be LAZY about exercise.
Yes, we have other things to do.
Yes, we will be mad at ourselves tomorrow if we do not start today.
Yes, it only takes 20 (twenty) minutes a day.
Yes, our payback will be amazing.
Yes, we only have to compete with ourselves.
Say YES to yourself today, tomorrow, this week, this month, and this year. STOP procrastinating about exercise…something so beneficial to ALL areas of your life. Not only will exercise strengthen your body, but it will more than strengthen your mind.
